Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received. During high demand periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery time is 8–12 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to update after shipment.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States and selected international locations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact our support team.

Shipping Delays
While we work with reliable logistics partners, shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. hydro-forgeis not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs inspections, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us immediately at

Lost or Damaged Packages
